Creating a new floor plan for this North Admiral Colonial bathroom remodel allowed for a pedestal tub, subway tile, walk-in marble shower, new window and more storage while keeping some of its original details. We designed a second floor addition for a traditional one story Wallingford bungalow. We added over 1200 square feet and maintained the integrity of the original structure.

Cherry Design+Build has extensive experience with kitchens, bathrooms, basements, dormer additions, decks, and whole-house repair. We go above and beyond to make environmental friendliness a core part of our business. We added needed storage space, integrated the stairs into the design and created a fully functional mini chef's kitchen to a 600 SQFT bungalow. We draw inspiration from our surroundings through community collaboration, artistic engagements and local events.

We design every project to conserve resources by using passive heating and cooling, to maximize the use of natural light, and to employ sustainable building materials. Current work also includes active systems such as photovoltaic panels and ground-source heat exchangers. Workshop AD is a Seattle based architecture practice focused on compelling projects across a range of geographies and scales.
